Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the We Collect Windows website (wecollectwindows.co.uk) and the WCW operations app (app.wecollectwindows.co.uk, including the mobile app). By using either, you agree to them. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
Who we are
We Collect Windows, Unit 2, Fiddlers Lane, Irlam, Manchester M30 7RN — part of the Orca Environmental group (Orca Environmental is our parent company). Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier registration CBDU505506. Contact: info@wecollectwindows.co.uk.
Our services
The website provides information about our uPVC recycling and waste collection services and lets you contact us. The app lets registered clients book collections, track their status and access weights, waste transfer documentation and reports. Commercial terms for collections themselves — pricing, scheduling, acceptance criteria — are agreed separately with each client and take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Account information you provide (company details, site addresses, contacts) must be accurate and kept up to date — collection paperwork is generated from it.
- We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or in a way that risks the security of the service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to access another organisation's data or any part of the service you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website or app, or attempt to probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities;
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, including in booking photos and messages;
- copy or scrape content from the website for republication without our permission.
Bookings and information accuracy
Booking details you submit (waste types, quantities, site access) are used to plan collections and produce legally required waste documentation. Providing materially inaccurate waste descriptions may result in a collection being refused or additional charges under your commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, app, and their content — text, branding, design, software — belong to We Collect Windows or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use our services. Documents generated for you (such as waste transfer notes and reports) are yours to keep and use for your compliance and reporting.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. Website content is provided for general information and is not professional advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app; liability connected with the waste collection services themselves is governed by your commercial agreement with us.
Third-party links
Where we link to other websites (for example the Environment Agency public register), we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website or app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
